I am trying to download and print this free pattern. When I click on the instructions, it brings me to a page that allows me to download them. When I click on the pattern “print at home” link, it brings me to an all white blank page and says “done” at the bottom of my browser. I’ve tried re-doing the process 3 different times from the pattern page, but I’m getting the same issue. Can anyone help fix this, or maybe even send me a copy of the pdf if you have it, since it’s free?

    Hey Krista, I just downloaded the Danielle, instructions and pattern with no problem, what browser and operating system are you using? Once we have that info we will report the problem. Thanks!

      I figured out a while ago that when using internet explorer, a ton of the new websites features don’t work correctly. Maybe it’s just on my computer, I don’t know. SO I tried it in Mozilla Firefox and everything works great now. THanks!!

    I’m having the same problem! When ever I click on download pattern, either form home or from copy shop, all it does is bring me to a black page that says its done loading. I had no trouple getting the instructions for patterns though. Whats going on?

      Hey Sarah,
      Sorry to hear you are having this problem! Which browser and os are you using? Do you have the latest version of adobe reader? Try clicking “save as” instead of “open” when you are prompted.

    I have the same probem with pdf-files. I use to update the page (F5), and then i use to work just fine!
