http://www.burdastyle.com/techniques/constructing-the-basic-bodice-block/technique_steps/14
I found that my back mesurment more that 10 cm from the standard mesurment on the table and i tryed many times may be i made a mistake in a pevious step and before that i tryed many times alot of baisc bodic block methods but the same error appers with each traial
for example according of my bust size (92 cm) the back size should be (34.5 cm) but my real back mesurment is (43 cm) ,yes just exchange the number ,and that error spoil any baisc bodic block i tryed to do ,what can i do for that ?,Is there any pattern slopers to repir that problem?
Thanks 4 help

I don’t know if you are tall, have a long waist, or maybe have a rounded back. I would strongly recommend the book “Fit for Real People” by Pati Palmer and Marta Alto. I got it from the library. It is all about altering patterns, but it can help you understand how your body measurements might differ from the norm. Then you should be able to figure out what is going on with your basic block, and how to make it longer if you need to do that.
I haven’t made my basic block yet. That is the next thing I am going to do. If I have any other insights I will let you know.
Good luck!
