I have just logged in to my account and the patterns I bought/downloaded on the previous site are not there? Is this just a glitch or am I expected to buy patterns again?

Having a similar problem, but not as a result of the changeover from the old site. I bought the Minna pattern yesterday and downloaded the ‘print at home’ pdf. Today, since my printer is malfunctioning, I want to get the pattern printed at the copy shop, but when I go to the pattern, it appears as if I haven’t purchased it. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if it is a glitch. Cheers.

I cannot purcahse patterns any more. The site is rejecting any credit card I attempt to use. I have written to answers@burdastyle.com and have not received a reply, since August I have been writing. Can anyone help me?
