Hi
I emailed Burda Style but haven’t had a reply, so thought I’d post. I purchased 2 patterns last week and got 404 error after I paid my money so haven’t been able to download – not great, since i have paid! Also, now I have logged into my account there is no record of any previous purchase or downloads and I apparently was born in the 1930’s and live in Texas (which I don’t).
Anyone else had this problem and has it been resolved?

This sounds similar to the problem I’m having now. I had been getting the 404 error message, but that’s gone now. Except when I view my profile everything is gone from the wall and it looks as though I have just signed up. It almost looks as though I’m viewing someone elses profile because I don’t have the option to edit my profile (my location also changed itself). I’m using Firefox browser.

Hi Darl – I think the team at BurdaStyle are majorly stressed right now as nothing is working right. I am sure once they work out the site problems they will sort it out for you. I’d really like to look at some of the patterns I’ve had sitting in profile for ages – but it’s not gonna happen till they fix the site.

As NessyS has stated we do have our hands full but not enough to justify missing your post here. So sorry! Now lets see if we can get this fixed for you. Which pattern did you purchase? What day did you purchase and do you have a confirmation email? Do you have previous patterns that are no longer in your “purchase history”?
