I can’t open my activity ! Help! I’ve been opening this site and closing for all day! When i click on this there’s internal server issueand ’ We’re sorry, but there was a server error. Please try again later. ’ Only activity panel doesn’t work, if I click on my wall all is OK. Could somebody help me, please??

Hello ! To fix issues with the error pages. I am using Safari but I am sure that other browsers have this same feature. Go to Safari on your pull down menu and click on “reset Safari”, it will then ask you what items you wish to reset ( I checked them all) and click reset. Give it a try and let me know if that helps.

I did it and nothing:( I use mozilla and i just don’r know what is happening… my activity shows me 13 and I cannot read them cause the same problem appears…:(

just found this thread & i’m having a similar problem… i can’t log in properly beacuse of the same error message… the only way i can see i even have an activity is because i get an email… i’m ok to access it via the link on the email but not from the burda site directly…. this is happening on my work pc (internet explorer) & my home pc (mozilla)… I also can’t access my own pages…wall, activity page, studio etc…
This was all working fine up until the end of last week… can anyone help?

This seems to be an ongoing issue. Your issue has been sent in and hopefully I will have an answer for you soon. Have you tried to reset your browser? Empty your cache?

Hey !! I’ve got the same issue.. can’t access my activities.. I tryed reseting my browser (firefox), but still the same error : 500 Error internal server issue.. What should I do ? Thanks

I keep getting the same server screen, not for the same thing consistently every time though, it seems to strike randomly in my case.
