Apologies if this query has already been dealt with, but does anyone know an easy way to print off techniques that don’t have a pdf link. I am aware that Gedwoods has brought this to the attention of the Burda team. I would really like to be able to print off ‘constructing the basic trouser block’ easily rather than having to print off each page individually.

Hey Tamlagirl, All the tutorials should have the “get pdf” link right under the steps. I am reporting this bug. Are there any more that you have noticed that dont have the get pdf link?

      Hi Alden,

Comment on the instructions: I resist printing the PDF instructions for most things simply because the PDF template takes up so much paper! It’s kind of silly how much blank space is wasted on each page. I know many people have complained about having to use their own paper to print out the patterns, and while that doesn’t bother me it does seem excessive when it comes to the instructions. If the technical drawing was larger, and picture identifying the pattern pieces were included I would feel like the paper use was justifiable. In many cases, I feel that the instructions could take up much less space AND have larger pictures.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds the images are really small in the pdfs, I thought I was going crazy or it was just my computer. Now I I just copy everything into a word document and save it digitally so I can look at it on my screen whenever I want, images full sized :)

Hi Alden, I look forward to being able to print of the technique once the bug has been resolved. Sorry – I haven’t noticed whether the ‘get pdf’ is missing from other techniques. I was only researching techniques concerned with creating basic blocks. If I see anything I’ll let you know. x x
