I have a problem making a technique…. I entered in all the intro page feilds, piced and image and then when I tried to add a step I got the 500 Internal Error. I then noticed that the technique had been saved to My Studio, and so I went in to Edit the technique, and the only option was to Edit the intro… so I tweaked the intro description and hit Update, hoping I would be able to atleast get to Add a Step…. no luck. 500 Internal Error again. Help? Please?

I’ve been trying to delete and re-upload, but I get the same problem. I’ll try again later.

I still can’t upload a technique! :( I keep getting 500 internal error messages and screens that tell me the things I tried to change I don’t have access to.

I have a similar problem to wzrdreams, but no 500 error. I started uploading a technique. It let me do the intro page and step one, and then it published it. But it didn’t even publish the whole thing. It only published the intro and that’s the only thing I can edit. I haven’t tried again, but my experience with BurdaStyle was bad before this.

Did you receive an error code or did it just publish part of your information? Where did the information stop at when it published your technique? Also, what server are you using?
The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general browser error meaning something has gone wrong on the web site’s server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. The 500 Internal Server Error is a “server-side” error, meaning the problem is not with your PC or Internet connection but instead is a problem with the web site’s server.

Is it possible to use HTML code to put some links in summary/step discriptions? Just want to link to my studio on Burdastyle and blog??? How can I do this?
