Hey !
So i looked to see if there was a SC in north london, which it said there was but the page seems to look a little deserted :O
So i was wondering if there was anyone in North London who would be able to/be interested in setting one up?
I am a complete novice at sewing, i mean i’ve made a few dresses, smocks etc, but nothing amazing – so therefore im not entirely comfortable setting up one myself.
I don’t know, i think it could be fun, we would be able to share patterns, skills maybe do community sewing projects etc.
Any one interested?
Jae

Hi Jae,
I have contacted the leader of that club to check the status.
You can certainly be a novice and lead a BSC! If interested, I can send you a Resource Guide that will help you get started. Please e-mail team@burdastyle.com.
Best,
David

Hi Jae,
The leader listed for North London has decided to step down from her position. This means that there is not a club formed for BSC North London, and you or someone else are more than welcome to form one!
Best,
David

I’m in north London and would love to be part of this if something gets set up, there seems to be so much going on with knitting but not much for sewing so would defo be on board for this idea. x

Hi Jae & Chanelleaj,
You could always join us at BSC East London – we’re not really limited to being East Enders. Sometimes we meet in Seven Sisters other times in London Bridge, sometimes elsewhere. A bunch of different girls host, depending on who is available.
We have some avid knitters, quilters and general seamstresses, and welcome anything you would like to contribute.
We’re just sorting out where we are going to meet in the next 2 weeks. Try contacting AmiBambini on this site or myself for more details if you are keen.
