I have been trying for weeks to upload a project and after I filled in the required fields, I get a red flag that reads a “Material Must Be Selected” . well I am selecting a material. I double Click on the Material and it turns blue. Does any body know what I’m doing wrong??

    Hi, I am having a similar problem, I am getting “you must add at least one project” As far as I can tell I have filled in every field possible.

    I’ve worked it out, I type too fast, so the project link wasn’t appearing.

      I had a message from Teddie, but can’t work out how to reply directly. So: Yes, a box appears with project names, but only if you just type one or two letters and then wait …and it seems to be a bit tempermental.

      Also the how to upload a project help link at the bottom of the web page isn’t working, and I didn’t find the add a material function very intuitive, but after many failed attempts and error 500 s I finally succeeded.

      If this help link worked and the upload process explained not so many people would need to be posting in these forums, it seems a lot of people have been having difficulties. I have used the form to report the broken link.

    Oh My Gosh!!! Thank you! I thought the pink letters ,“add a new material”, meant if the material wasn’t there!! I was just about to give up!! thanks again…

      I’m so sorry to hear that this is happening to you! Unfortunately, since this project isn’t published, I can’t see how the images are rotated. Can you publish it so that I can see? Also do the images turn before you hit save or after?
