I am not sure what you are asking but I think you are asking about choice of printing out patterns. If this is correct then copy shop is a store or place of business that does printing like Kinkos or Fedex. If this is not what you are asking please let me know and I will do my best to find an answer. Happy sewing from your friendly forum manager!

Hi Sew4my3
I’m not sure if that is the questioned asked either but I have wondered when selecting the printing how you print at a print shop, also will it print as a you would get when purchasing a pattern to save cutting and sticking??

Hi everyone, I too am new to this site and wondering what CopyShop is…when you download the pattern you get an option to print to CopyShop or save and print from home printer. Is CopyShop a printing shop that works in partnership with Burdastyle? Thx.

Hello Leane,
CopyShop is just the option to have your pattern printed at your local copyshop like Kinkos. The copy shops are not associated with BS. You can go online to find a copyshop near you and then send the file to them to print and then you have it delivered or you pick it up all for a fee.
I prefer to print mine at home as this seems to be cheaper for me.

Okay, so I print it on a piece of paper that is only 10 inches…is there something I’m missing here? How do I make it into a pattern that works for a real person

After you print your pages they are marked at different points on each sheet of paper to match to each other much like a puzzle.
Here is a video that will help guide you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EFTKqnBl5A . The Burdastyle starts about 1:20 into the video but very helpful.
