These two projects http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/alison-pinup-bikini http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/retro-bathing-suit adapted from the free Alison one-piece costume appear to be what you are looking for.
It looks as if you’d have to make your own adaptations though… unless you can speak to one of the project authors very, very nicely….
