New To Philadelphia PA and in need of Fabric Stores!

Hi all. I’m hoping someone in Philadelphia can help me. I’m new to Philly (been here about three months now) and live on Baltimore Ave. I don’t have a car. Can anyone give me a heads up as to where to buy sewing supplies? Any cool fabric stores, yarn stores (I knit too!), button stores (if there is such a thing), etc.
Also, any sewing machine repair shops, specifically those specializing in old Singers.
