Hi To my fantastic Burdastyle community,
I come across a cool new fashion student site last week, http://www.fashionstudentsonline.com/ that has links to various free pdf downloads or read on line vintage pattern drafting, sewing, dressmaking, lace making and millinery books. My own personal little gem find was a vintage sewing machine embroidery book with some beautiful coloured pics inside. Hope you find this useful. xxx

    Hi. I think is too much interesting that you find MissOceanPink, but I have a small problem…. my english is´t very well. I try to translator to spanish but Google at middle can´t make it. You know if is posible find that books somewhere in spanish? Thank you!

    AT: link to tailoring you will find many books that illustrate drafting both men and women’s garments. Enjoy, but save to a CD unless you posses terabytes of storage. Nehmah Sorry, but I couldn’t link to the exact pages, however, if you enter “Tailoring” and “all media types” you should find them. N

      Hi! How do you download the books? Let’s say I’ve found a book or text I want to have. I can see under it’s name how many times it’s been downloaded. So I open the page of the book and I dont see any download button anywhere… what do I do?

    TO: Bohemiannow, At the Archive’s home page, click on “TEXT”; enter “tailoring” in the Search box. When the list of books is showing, click on a title. The next page should show a picture of the front cover and some random pages. A list of the ways you can down load will be under the picture. I use “B/W PDF” for a complete but smaller download to my disk or hard drive. If you have any problems, post to my wall or here and I will try to answer. Cordially, Nehmah
