I have fullfiled my shopping cart so I want to buy selected patterns, but I can not confirm and place my order – point 2. Payment Details and point 3. Confirmation are freezed. Can anyone tell me what is the problem or what am I supposed to do? Tnx in advanced.

    I have the same problem! The patterns stay in my cart. I can not confirm or pay the patterns I want. That also means I n-do not have acces to them and that is frustrating.

      Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say? Please take a screenshot if you can.

      When you are attempting to purchase the patterns within your shopping cart, are you successfully logged into your member account?

      Which steps are you taking to purchase your pattern? What is the exact step halting the checkout process?

      With additional information we will be able to further investigate this issue. We hope to have this worked out soon so you can start sewing.
