I have been trying for a very long time now to purchase a webinar (make a pattern from ready-to-wear) on a Mac and a Windows laptop. I have added the webinar to my cart and it shows that I have an item there, but when I click to continue with the purchase by logging on, it says that my password is incorrect even though it isn’t as I logged into the actual website with the same password and it worked. I tried changing my password but it still didn’t work. Has this happened to anyone? Please help!

    I am also having great problems. I can log into burda style ok…when I add a webinar to my cart and it ask for me to log in again, it says wrong user name etc.

    Please help. Does no one want our fees for this class.

    I’ll add my problems to the other two. Not only did I have problems with the login but after trying several times I filled out the area for new member. It seems to have accepted it without saying that I was already a member then proceeded to ask for payment information. I reluctantly supplied such and it asked for it again. That’s when I gave up. Now I don’t know if the first payment was received by the “ghost” in the system but I don’t have the webinar sooooo I will keep you informed. Please help! Thanks…..Juana

    hello there at burdastyle, I don’t find a contact sheet so I’m trying here: please stop the newsletter or however these mails advertising webinars and patterns are called. I didn’t order the newsletter but anyway I think this is something different, since it started only some weeks ago. thank you :-)

    Hello all! The platform our webinars are on requires a SEPARATE login from your burdastyle account here. So you will need to create a new account to purchase webinars. Hope this helps clarify.
