I have been trying for a very long time now to purchase a webinar (make a pattern from ready-to-wear) on a Mac and a Windows laptop. I have added the webinar to my cart and it shows that I have an item there, but when I click to continue with the purchase by logging on, it says that my password is incorrect even though it isn’t as I logged into the actual website with the same password and it worked. I tried changing my password but it still didn’t work. Has this happened to anyone? Please help!
Actually, no. The club has been dismantled a while ago. Sorry!
It seems the manufacturer does not have your model’s manual on its site.
Check your Library. They should be there.
