I’ve been trying several times today to upload a project, but it isn’t working. I can add one image, but when I’m trying to upload more images nothing happens, the page just scrolls up to the top of the page. And the same when I try to add materials, styles and season. I don’t know what to do!

Does anyone know what the problem can be? And does anyone has the same problem?

now there’s no problem with the images. But instead nothing happens when I try to click “finish” or “save as draft”. No reaction at all!

I am having this exact problem, how do i get it to work? I am uploading images and after i choose one it won’t let me click finish. The only way i can get the FINISH button to work is if i have an empty “upload another project image” bar and then the finish button works, but after i push finish it takes me back to the top and says that the project uploads require at least one image. i am going in circles!

      please help!

Hmmm… That’s not a good thing at all! Let me see if I can get one of our tech savvy friends in the office to offer some help. It might take till Monday for them to get back to you on this, but I will bug them till they do.

    Happy sewing!!

    Hi leashbean,

Ugh oh, this may be a bug affecting only your profile. Let’s do a little testing- Have you seen this issue on multiple browsers? I would try Firefox and Safari. Also, try clearing your cache or cookies, this helps some. Try my recommendations and let me know if you’re still encountering an issue.

    Thanks, Rachel @ BurdaStyle

      Hello,

I checked in with tech support and they recommend checking the size of your image. It may be taking too long to load if it’s a super big file. Make sure the DPI is set to 72. Please let me know if that helps!

Hi, I posted a project, but when I filled out the ‘this project is based on’, it kept saying I hadn’t filled out the box. finally, I had to uncheck it, to get project to post. I wanted to give the original project “Fabric Covered Shoes: Make Your Own” credit! anyone have any clues what i might have done wrong?

      Hello India T.

I have connected your project to the Fabric Covered Shoes: Make Your Own. What was probably happening is that you have to double click the highlighted words below the box and then it adds it the Based on area. Kind of a easily overlooked thing but now worries, you’re good to go now.

      Happy Sewing!

Okay, I’m having the same problem! At first, it was with my images, so I figured they were too big-turns out they were gigantic, so I resized them. Two of the four uploaded with the thumbnails just fine. Then, I couldn’t click “Finish” or “save as Draft”. The only option it gave me was “Cancel” I didn’t want to cancel, filling out that form is tedious after three tries! X_X

Hi, I’ve uploaded the project “Lavender Bloom”. After clicking the “publish” button, I saw the published project, but couldn’t see it in “My Studio” screen or on the global projects screen…. In the “My Activity” screen it says that I uploaded the project.
