Dear Burdastyle,
Two things:
1) My friend Renate has desperately been trying to join the website for over a month now. The problem is that she has accidentally deleted her confirmation e-mail so she can’t log in. She is also unable to open a new account because her e-mail is already in use, by the first request.
She has repeatedly tried to contact you over the past month (!!!), by sending you an e-mail at least once a week using the online contact form. Somehow she can’t get through, either the online form does not work or you are simply not getting back to her. She is really sad about this, because she really really likes to join. I’ve convinced her to start sewing and actually recommend she uses Burdastyle to learn how to sew (like when I started sewing a year ago), but she cannot get on the site now to start downloading patterns.
I hope you can fix this for her. Her username is ‘pemzummie’
2) I am using Internet Explorer at work and everytime I am on the site it says on every page that ‘a script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly…’, this is an incredibly annoying error, but I guess you are aware of this. With Firefox on my home computer I don’t have this problem.
And furthermore, I am still unable to post anything apart from when I start a blog, as my post are apparently removed by the spamfilter. But Luislavena has now promised that he will work on this, so I am hopeful that I will be able to join the community again soon…..(thanks Luis!)
