Burda Style For people who sew
not one of the bigger problems but maybe this can be fixed anyway: when i’m on the login page, trying to type username and password the cursor usually makes a few random movements, jumps down to the next line or back a few letters while i’m still typing, so that i kind of have to catch it or retype a few times before the right letters are in the right place. this happens both on firefox on pc and on safari on mac, pretty much everytime i log-in. i never noticed this with any other websites.

I get this all the time too, on PC (IE) and in Mac (Safari).

Just to answer this: I realised what causes this – if i start typing while the page with the entry form hasn’t fully built up, then the everything goes back to blank as soon as building up has finished. (Works if I’m quick enough to type everything while building-up). It takes quite a while to build up the page – no visible items, just the goings-on of verifying etc that you can see at the bottom bar of the page on a pc or on top on a mac. this must obviously be an issue with my internet connection here.

I find if my browser is running a little slow this happens to me too, because I start typing before the page has fully loaded. It happens to my with GMail sometimes too.
