Burda Style For people who sew

When I tried to read the blog regarding the requests worldwide for BSCs (I clicked on “read more”) the Internal error 500 message popped up. I am trying here for a second time tonight. The first time when I clicked “Update” the same error message and request to use this contact form popped up. should it happen again, I will report on the Discussions pages.   I keep getti ng the 500 error when I try visiting the latest blog from my activity page. The latest blog unfortunately doesn’t seem to be on the actual blog section of the site, and I think that I have just seen why. I’ve noticed that a blog that was listed 2 days ago is still being labeled as listed yesterday. The blog page isn’t updating properly.

  I think i have figured our whats happening, it could be one of two things: the links in the activity page don’t work for me (which is a bug that i reported) sometimes when we future post a blog it comes up in the activity feed even though it isn’t suppossed to post until a later date. I will report this for you!

    Ah. I was just going to report this problem. Yes, it seems like blogs are posted to our activity feed before they actually post on the blog page, thus the internal error.

    Also, none of the links on the activity feed work. They just bring me back to my activity feed.

    So i just was about to report this again because I had been having the same problems, but when i tried, it worked. What browser are you using? Mine worked with Firefox 3.5.3 and Safari

  Hello Alden, I trust that your “unwellness” has left for good. The move has gone very well. I have about 10-15 boxes to unpack. I’ll keep checking for a resolution. It’s a shame that the future posts won’t behave. As long as they are eventually available, no problem for me. It must give you fits, though. =(

    Yes! I have a lingering cough every once in a while, but aside from that I am a-okay, thanks for asking!

    I’m glad to hear the move went well, the finish line is in sight.

    Yes, it does drive me mad every now and then. Sometimes I want to read Alison’s post as soon as I get the alert email but then realize I just have to be patient. Sigh

    It is definitely in the list of things to get fixed. In the next couple of weeks we are rolling out some well anticipated changes. I’m excited for you to see them!

  I can’t access my pages! If I try I get the error 500-page… I’ve tried several times during the last day. Fortunately I was already logged in so I can post in discussions and comment projects, and I haven’t done any sewing to post so it’s ok at the moment. Would be vary happy if it was resolved when I want to post again though :-). I use Firefox on a PC.

  I can access to my pages only if I click on my wall, other options are not available says error 500. Then, I was about to answer to someone question on my wall when I noticed that many messages from past 2 weeks are gone.     Oh, sounds just like my problems!
    Makes me really ignorant to when people try to communicate by answering my questions etc…. I can only see that there’s been activity, not what activity… :-(
    Just like you won’t see that I’ve replied to your comment!

  Alden, it worked ok before, I ve got this problem for last 2 weeks, meantime I haven t changed anything in my settings. If I click on activity says error and if I click on my nick same, then I click on my wall so that way I access to my profile. I m using Firefox, as usual and windows xp.
