  A comment on my latest project is not showing on the post so I can’t reply to it. Can BS please fix? Thanks.

    And my profile page is showing 41 projects but my studio says 20. I seem to be the only one having this problem!

    Hi bobthesewer,

    Thank you for letting us know. There can be three reasons for this that I can think of: 1) The commenter was flagged as spam and the comment was removed from the system until approved 2) The commenter deleted their comment 3) There is a delay in the messaging system.

    I apologize for this inconvenience. If you trust this problem falls outside of the 3 suggested reasons please contact me with more information.

    How were you notified of the comment (wall or e-mail)? Who was the commenter? Which project was commented on?

    We hope to sort this out soon.

    I have looked into your studio and it is displaying (42) projects.

    I will ask our tech team about the glitch but it looks like it has been fixed.

  No, your not the only one showing 20 projects in your studio page. I have 88 projects and my studio page says 20 also. Not impressed!

  Hi Burdastyle – I can’t seem to reply to your comment. As to the second one, my studio is still showing 20 projects. This might have fixed itself for a while but it’s gone back to 20.

  As to the first point, if you look at my project from yesterday you will see there are 3 comments on it on the studio summary and only two comments when you go into the project. My activity feed showed a first comment was made at 10.23 pm yesterday and that has not showed up on the project. I doubt the member deleted the comment.

    Sorry I meant my project from 22 December 2012 rather than yesterday. Can you un-spam the comment if it has been flagged as spam. I didn’t do this.

    I am sorry for missing this comment from the other day. To respond to a response within the forum you must reply to the first comment in the immediate chain. For example, I had to hit reply to the comment posted at 4:40pm, not 4:51pm.

    I have checked your profile once again and see 43 projects displayed. I will e-mail you a screenshot. Try clearing your computer’s cache and cookies, then restart your computer. This step will often troubleshoot browsing issues.

    I viewed your project Polka Dot Darling Ranges, lovely dress by the way. I love anything with polka dots! There are 4 total comments, 2 made by you and 2 made by other members. When you are viewing the index of projects within your studio the number displayed next to comments is a count of all comments, including responses. Once you are on a particular project page the number of comments displayed is a count of member comments, excluding responses. I will speak to our technical team and try to get these two numbers matching.

    I hope this helps clarify a few of your concerns.
