Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing my problem, or if it is just my computer!
This morning I tried to purchase a pattern, entered my payment details etc but could not finalise my order. When I click ‘Submit your order’ pink text appears at the top of the page under the Burda banner stating, ‘!There were problems during the checkout process – Account is restricted’.
Does anyone know what this means, or if there is a way to fix it. I have purchased patterns from Burda once before and had no issues, but it is all still pretty new to me.

How many replies does this post need to be implimented? This is an awesome idea!
Burda has a video class you can watch on grading up or down any size if you want to pay…
you can grade the pattern if you take the difference needed for the size you want….
