Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing my problem, or if it is just my computer!
This morning I tried to purchase a pattern, entered my payment details etc but could not finalise my order. When I click ‘Submit your order’ pink text appears at the top of the page under the Burda banner stating, ‘!There were problems during the checkout process – Account is restricted’.
Does anyone know what this means, or if there is a way to fix it. I have purchased patterns from Burda once before and had no issues, but it is all still pretty new to me.
Thanks!

This also happened to me today. Hopefully it is just a bug and they will fix it. I called my bank and they said it had something to do with the wrong pin being entered but Burda does not ask for a pin. Its all very odd.

If you want to report the issue to the Burdastyle team: look at the bottom of the page (any Burdastyle page), underneath “Website Help”, if you click “Customer Support” you’re forwarded to an active help-page/forum. They usually get back to and address issues within a couple of days, sometimes faster.

Hint, they don’t look here very often: If you want to report the issue to the Burdastyle team: look at the bottom of the page (any Burdastyle page), underneath “Website Help”, if you click “Customer Support” you’re forwarded to an active help-page/forum. Due to a recent unforeseen technical issue, the ability to purchase patterns has temporarily been restricted. We are working on remedying this now.
