Can't Access Projects link 50% of the Time

I don’t know if it’s just my system, but for the past couple of weeks, when I click on the Projects link, I’m directed to the project page and then immediately redirected to an HP advertisement. Usually it takes 7 or 8 tries to be able to stay on the Projects page.
Maybe it’s just me.
