Hi,
I can’t upload new projects. I fill in all the information, click finish, and then it thinks for a long time (1 or 2 minutes) and I get an error message, something about a server problem. I got the same message trying to report the problem. Hopefully, I don’t get it now.

I tried again, and the error I get is Error 500. I’m using Safari on my Macbook.

It looks like it worked! Despite the error message!

That seems really strange that it would still give you the error message.
I also use Safari on my Mac and I found that those nasty little error message went away when I reset Safari. If you go to your Safari menu and click on “Reset Safari” and then click on desired items to reset when the screen pops up (I checked them all) it should help you surf a little quicker and you might also want to empty your cache too. Then you should be able to surf Burdastyle a little easier. Let me know how it goes. Happy sewing!
PS. After doing this you will have to resign in to pages, so you will need to remember your passwords to your various sites. Good luck!
