Seems like Burda is having some problems today. Earlier the whole site was down, and when I finally could access the site, I couldn’t get any of the patterns. I paid for 2 patterns I really liked, but whenever I tried to download them, it just leads me to a “404 Not Found” message. When I save the file, I still can’t open it. Adobe claims the file is bad. This is true for any pattern I try to get, paid or free.
I was looking forward to making the Anda dress this weekend, I suppose that’s not happening for a while.

I have the same problem – I paid for and downloaded the pattern again and that didn’t help either :(

I also have the same problem, ‘error 404 Page not found’. I’ve bought a pattern 2 days ago and can’t print it . Hope that the problem will be solved asap.

Here the same problem. Tested it with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome, ànd on two different computers, to be certain that it wasn’t me. :P

I have been having this same problem (‘error 404 Page not found’) for the past few days. I notified Burda but have not seen a response or resolution. I hope to see that this issue is fixed soon!

It should be taken care of now. If you are still having issues let me know.

I also have the same problem, but mostly always with specific patterns. They claim to be corrupted (like the Tea Top and I can’t remember what other ones).

Tried to shop some patterns, couldn’t pay for them. I got a not allowed to make that change error message after I filled in all financial details.

If anyone else is getting the dreaded not allowed to make a change error message when buying patterns, you might want to try paying via Paypal instead. I got the error using my credit card details, but my order went through fine via Paypal and I now successfully have my patterns. It might help if you’re in a hurry for the patterns and can’t wait for the BS techies to fix the errors!

I can’t even pay for mine. I’m trying but it just tells me that I’m doing something I’m not supposed to do – whether I put in my card details or if I press paypal it just does nothing. Very annoying!

Ok I used Safari and it’s working now. Printing my pattern out as we speak.

I am currently getting the 404 messages. Makes me sort of sad.

What are you trying to do? Upload a project or something else? Also, what browser are you using?

Three days ago I was also getting Error 404 message when I tried to download a free pattern. I was sent an e-mail assuring me that the problem was sorted out. Now when I try I can’t even get to the next page….nothing happens when I click the “get it now” button. Very frustrating! Boy, am I glad that I haven’t yet bought a pattern. I am using Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer
