Burda Style For people who sew

Hi there,

I’ve bought & downloaded the Anda #7969 Dress Pattern this afternoon.
I was hoping to use it for Grosgrain’s Blog: The next Frock by Friday sewalong.

But I cannot print the instructions from the PDF

I keep getting an error that says:
“The document could not be printed.”
“Implementation Limit exceeded. Please try decreasing the magnification level”

I am using a PC, with Windows XP & Adobe Acrobat Reader. I downloaded the PDF file using the FireFox browser.

  I just bought this pattern as well and am getting this error page when I click on the link to print at home.

  500 Error.Internal Server Issue

  Would you be able to email me the pdf as well?

  Aren’t there any printed patterns available anywhere? I had one but can’t find it. The problems people report with downloads make me very hesitant to order it that way.

    Here at Burdastyle we are online only. The printed patterns are through Burda. Maybe try one of our free patterns first to check us out for yourself. If you have any issues please feel free to contact me.

  I tried some of the free patterns, but when I clicked on download, I got a blank window with a black bar at lower left.

    Hello dhm,
    Are you downloading from your Profile account where it says “Print Pattern at home”? Also, make note of the file and check in your computer files for the downloaded pattern. Let me know and if that doesn’t do it then I will get one of our tech people to help you along.
