Hello Burdastyle,

Still haven’t heard back from you about my problem that I can’t post anything except for when I start a new topic in the discussions (which I therefore am doing now, no other way to reach you). My comments don’t get saved anywhere else, this has been going on for the last 4 weeks now.
I have now discovered that more people are suffering from this. Please also look at member ‘Pernille’. I saw that she had tried to comment on an earlier thread I wrote on this topic, as it showed up in my activity feed. But there is no comment of hers in the actual topic. When you go to her page and look at her activity, you can see that she has tried to comment on a lot of creations, but when you go to these creations, her comments are not there. I have exactly the same problem.

This shows that I am not the only one who is having this problem, who knows how many other members are experiencing this problem with the website and are unable to communicate with anyone (including the Burda staff to let them know they have this problem)! Basically what is happening now is that part of your members seem to have been ‘silenced’ and are unable to participate in anything. Well, what is left then? The only thing one can do is download patterns (even though my other downloaded patterns have disappeared), but people can also do that at one of the other tens of sewing sites around. What made Burda special for me was feeling part of a community, sharing ideas about sewing etc… Pernille, I and who-knows-how-many other members are no longer part of this community and that is, quite frankly, very frustrating.

So once more, please help us!

    Oh Susanne that is awful! I’m sorry this is happening to you. As you said, it is hard to find members who are having this problem, what browser and opperating system are you using. once we have that we will try and replicate the problem, once we can do that we can fix the bug until then, if you need anything posten feel free to message me with the url and what you want to say and I will try and ad it in for you. It is awful to not have a voice

      Alden, Susanne posted the information you ask for days ago using the only form of communication she can use on here and that’s opening a new thread. She can’t send emails to the team and she can’t use the contact button here and she can’t reply to topics.
