Burda Style For people who sew

Something has to be made about the fact that you only have one shot at uploading your set of photo’s to your projects. It’s fine to add more afterwards, but if you want to remove any, or change any, it just doesn’t work.
I removed all pictures from one of my projects and added two new ones (the old ones were terribly bad)yesterday and I end up with this:

A pile of letters and numbers, only one thumbnail, and it’s all in a big mess.

It’d be great to be able to move the pictures around to change their order like you can on most other websites. Or if it worked to unload them and upload them again, at least.

It also seems to be impossible to add a link to a website on my profile, I tried and failed. There’s a separate post about that started by someone else, I posted the link to my profile there.

At least I’m happy that the website is faster now :-)!

  I clicked on one of the thumbnails for one of the nonexistent images and it reloaded the page with just the new pictures.

    Yes, I discovered that too with another on of my projects that was scrambled up for just a short while (this scramble seems permanent though).
    I use it on other members projects, it works most of the time but not always :-).

  I had to change one of the pictures to my latest project (it was incorrect), and now you can’t see that picture at all. I also checked my old coat-project, and it’s still a rumble. The new one is here: http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/pattern-magic-vol-1-draped-top-p-59-60-toiles?image=74334. It’s really really annoying… but anyway, thanks Alden for reporting it! I hope they get that they need to fix the function and not only my projects ;-).

  When I uploaded pictures, it completely changed the proportions so that it makes the person in the picture for the project look really wide. See “Not too shabby” project. How do I fix this?
