where do I purchase fabric listed in Burda Style?

I want to buy the metallic Jersey listed in the October 2011 edition of Burda Style. However, when I contact the manufacturer, Reynaud Roxo, they tell me they only sell wholesale to the garment industry. Why would Burda Style list their contact information if the average tailor can’t buy from them? Anyway, I want to buy this metallic Jersey. I’ve never seen anything quite like it before. If anyone has a suggestion I’d be happy to hear it.
