OK, everyone seems to have a blog these days and I love making things and showing off, so I have pondered whether I should have one too. Are there too many? Is it really time consuming? Is there a better way to show off stuff online? I do post clothing I make on burdastyle, but I also do lots of crafting stuff as well that doesn’t fall under the burdastyle mandate most of which I haven’t posted.

I do notice that lots of craft/sewing blogs are by people that are able to do wonderful things with photography. I can take decent pics, but I often have to rely on my husband to take them (for clothing I make for myself), and I have a basic point and shoot camera and no intention of upgrading any time soon.

I also don’t intend to spend hours each day on the computer. My spare time is precious and I would rather spend it creating. I just like to share what I create.

I appreciate any feed back on whether I should consider blogging or if there are other options I haven’t realized. Thanks!

    Hey, I was thinking about this recently and wondered whether I too should blog. I decided I should in the end as I am planning to do the work anyway for me, so if i put it on the web it might be interesting for others too.
