Hello,
I’m actually starting to sew now. I teach myself over the Internet. I have an old Singer sewing machine only sews a straight stitch. Would love to get recommendations on free online video tutorials how to sew and how to create drawings for sewing.
Thanks, Topaz.

I haven’t watched them myself, so I don’t know how good they are. But hopefully they will get you started. Good luck! :)
All the best, Gwen

Hello Topaz, I would recommend getting a nice comprehensive sewing book. A couple I would recommend would be The Vogue Sewing Book (quite affordable in vintage copies on amazon) or the Reader’s Digest Complete Guide to Sewing.
Also, I have a sewing blog where I post about projects and answer questions. If you ever want to know how to do something, you can send a comment to the blog and I can put together a quick tutorial. http://afewthreadsloose.blogspot.com/
Good luck and have fun!

I have started it at paper crafting before the fabric and that was a good option for me as well. I have learnt about the measurements and that were perfect for me. Now sewing a gown for me.
