i had bought the pattern 7823 from germany a year ago. i cant download the english instructions. it says they can be downloaded from the net www.burdamode.com but it dosen’t work plz help

Can anyone tell me how to add folds to a round neckline in a pattern? I am working on bridesmaid dresses and I need to make six folds across the neckline. (three on each side of the center. The outside fold being the shortest in length and each one a little longer. We are trying to design the dress off of a dress online.
