    Hello and welcome chaselle 1024!

    Go to your profile by clicking on your profile name in the upper right corner. Then click on “MY ACCOUNT” in the menu. Below “MY ACCOUNT” you will see a menu and click on “PURCHASE HISTORY” which will take you to your library of purchased patterns. If you need further help please let me know.

    Hi, I have a different problem. I paid for my patterns but i can’t download it!! i can download instructions and view this site normaly, but when i try to download a pattern it’s showing me a message ‘404 Not find’.. please help, i don’t wont to pay for something I can’t get!!

    I also paid for Anda, and am getting a 500 error when I click to download… I also cannot download anything in my paid history, so I assume there is a system wide error?!? I will keep checking back to see what happens…. * crossing fingers!*

    I can’t download any patterns at all, but the Anna Boho Bag #BS-025 is most important because its the only paid one.

    Hi Everyone, We are working on this issue. Just so you know, you wont be charged multiple times and you will be able to download this as soon as it’s fixed.
