My flowery convertible dress

Description

After so many did this dress I also wanted to have one. Unfortunately I didn't have enough fabric, so I had to change the dress a little bit. I made the dress shorter and high-waisted, my straps are a little bit shorter than intended and the waistband is longer. Next time I would use a not so slippery fabric, because I have to fix the waistband with safety pins, otherwise it would slip down without me noticing it :D Overall a great simple dress with a lot of possibilities to change.

    Hey Polychromatin, you did a really fine job. Well I really love this dress but you have made it really a piece of art!!!!!! the fabric is so great, fits you perfectly, you look adorable, is gorgeous!! Well done, the pics are great too.

    correct the estelle instructions!!

    the convertible dress is in my mind for a long while, but I was not sure to make it. I wasn´t really confident from this pattern and if it´s really my style and if I can make any alterations and ....

    but now I see your version with a higher waist and shortend and I must changed my mind! your alterations are great. I think it´s more my style and it will suits me better.

    I´m sure I will give it a try next summer. great job and thanks for inspiring me :)!

    this is sooooo pretty! i've been wanting to make a convertible dress for a while now, but haven't gotten around to it. now that i see yours, i will definitely make one soon. it's just perfect!
