This really made me smile, it's fantastic! The way to make the cat like it is to put it in a laundry basket- you know how they always want to sit in the laundry basket? The cat will sit in there with it. Let it do so for a couple weeks. Then take the basket away and the cat will most probably then work around to wanting to sit inside the fishy.
