It was a real fantasy dress. From the moment I started to transform the Anda pattern till the end, I had no idea how it will look like. Of course, there was some initiate idea of my Anda but not a clear one! I bought these too fabrics a long time ago. There were two pieces of 1,5m (with flowers) and 2 m (TOW with the strips). The fabrics are different, both polyester though but the white and blue colors and the style are the same so I bought them to mix in some creation in the future. All this time I couldn't find any proper model for these fabrics so I guess Anda minichallenge was a destiny for these materials. The front belt part was the hardest thing. I wanted to make accent whether on Bust or Waist, so I moved this front belt from chest to waist and backwards. I even tried this front detail as a bra right on the bust. Until I found a perfect position for it, somewhere between chest and waist. So I am very pleased with the result. I also made a tulle skirt for additional volume as a variation. I really wanted to transform Anda into something very gentle, light with a feminine look. I hope I achieved this result. There is a How to to this Anda dress, I'll be honored if it helps you to do your own summer fantasy Anda!

thats just amazing. your version of anda turned out to be such a fun dress. great work!
your anda is so beautiful! very nice modifications. I love it together with the tulle skirt!
I would call it "Anda under cover", since the original pattern is barely recognizable! The dress is really interesting, very much summerish, and so right for the seaside. You definitely achieved the result you had on your mind! So well done!
Achieved your result? By far and away! This is so pretty! AnaJan is right, it doesn't even look like the Anda! You have inspired me to start "fantasizing" my own patterns. I'm in awe. P.S. I always love looking at your pictures! You're an absolute model!
Waow, great take on the Anda pattern, your pictures are lovely, amazing coast line (as much as the waist line ;) ),Makes me feel like visiting Moldova !
