Description

Here is my Stegosaurus costume. It was for a friend's surprise birthday party, which was pre-historical theme. I added a chest piece, tale, and back plates to a t-shirt and made a hood. I hatched the idea while doing my mindless-summer-painting job and spent two afternoons having a ball making it. My inspiration was a friend who wore a child's panda costume to a costume party - I wanted the same esthetic for this; I wanted to look like a 5-year-old.

Materials

A t-shirt, some pink and tan fabric, and some stuffing foam. The hood had a zipper for easier entry and exit.

This is the cutest thing. I've always wanted to make something like this but a panda costume thing. I'd so wear it. :] Great great job!
