Description

Versatile pattern. I wear it with dressy pants for a formal occassion or with jeans beneath for casual occassions. The shoulder band can be set all around or as a V. Super easy and great results, I made in just 30 minutes.

Oh, my, I know this dress from Dexmber's magazine if I am not mistaken! It looks so great to be a blouse. The color you choose is so rich! You look amazing as always!! I should really make something from this model it looks so chic!
