Green Goddess

Size_chart

Description

Flower dress. Yellow is the ovule (I think that's what you call it) and the leafs/petals are in green. I did everything myself from the sketch to the sewing. I hand stitched/embroidered each leaf's veins, each individual leaf took me over 1 hour to finish with a total of 33 leafs. I also mainly put the entire bottom part (leafs) by hand so that it can look more flowy and not so stiff.

Materials

yellow in 100% silk. green in suede.

So original! The interesting thing about this dress is that it's actually wearable. The leaf embroidery is a perfect detail. I'm so impressed with your patience and effort to hand stich and embroider the leafs. What was the occasion for creating such an unusual dress?
