Description

This is a blue cocktail dress that I made from a simplicity pattern. I altered it a little by making it halter neck and adding layers of fabric to the waist.

Materials

Satin and chiffon w/ sequins.

    Should finish the white shirt...

    a beautiful dress turned into an amazing one with the sash and front (button? pin? not sure) detail. I love it!
