I made this dress last week. I used a pattern that u can download for free!!!! (http://m-sewing.com/patterns-catalog/women/dresses/color-dress.html) I didn't alter it too much, i just added darts to the bust for a better fit, put the zipper to the side. I also cut off some inches from the sides of the circle skirt to make it less puffy. I love the way it turned out.
