Description

Yeah, I like this one.

Tough army green fabric with a slight sheen and cool texture.

The skirt is double thickness, with a panel on one side with perfect pintucks, a ruffly bustle type thing on the other side. Long thick straps to tie as you see fit.

This is a wardrobe element. I don't want to tell you it's a skirt, it's a top, it's this, it's a that. Play with it and see what you like. Maybe it's a collar for you. Or a hat. Or a garter belt.

Made from scratch by me. One of a kind.

Measurements are:

35" circumference at slimmest 17" top to hem 41.5" straps

i love this design. it has it's own edge and can be worn easily without too much on. it's cute & so my style. I would buy this at a store.
