I made this lovely outfit for the little girl I babysit. I made the ruffled, seersucker top and added ruffles to the bottom of store-bought capris.

Its so cute. Its hard not to take such a cute girl into account. I love the ruffles for the jeans. This may even be adorable for a grown up girl.
