Description

Just a simple little tube top I whipped up... This fabric is such that it doesn't take much to do something cute with... The coolest thing about this top is I didn't throw any fabric away, minus the selvage! No waste!!

Materials

Stretchy manmade ruffle fabric. My fabric guy told me the name of it, but I don't remember and my invoice is still in the mail...

    That's really great, The fabric looks so light! Is it smocking you made for the belt?

    The smocking was already part of the fabric. It's stretchy and ruffley :)
