Grandma Heidi Dress

Size_chart

Description

My take on the Heidi dress. I eliminated the pockets (thanks to the Prom dress variation pattern). This is also a mixed size, a little bigger on the bottom than the top... I'm doing a custom Heidi-ish for a friend of mine, and instead of doing a muslin I sewed this up to check the fit (I know, a bit of an overachiever), and also thinking to put it up on Etsy.

Materials

Liberty of London cotton on top, variegated/irregularish silk on bottom, lighter silk lining

This is beyond cute! The neckline and sleeves are gorgeous and I love the vintage look of it.
