I based this pattern off of two old dresses. (one for the top, another for the bottom)

Plaid Seersucker-type fabric(from Joann Fabrics) Red Zipper Polka Dot Ribbon

    this is so pretty and summery! i love the fabric and the way it flows at the bottom. goes well with the beach :)
