This tote bag/purse was made from a seriously yellow neon sweatshirt that I recycled ... it had a big stain on the sleeve and really, who in their right mind would wear a sweatshirt THAT bright? Unless, maybe, you were hunting or didn't want to get lost in a crowd! Anyway, I used the fleece from the sweatshirt to make the bag & strap and used some skull and polka dot knits that I had laying around to make the heart patches. I serged the whole thing in black, to give it some punch. It is self-lined in the same neon yellow fleece and does not have a closure - very simple!
