Cotton/Spandex green striped dress shirt with a sleeve placket alteration.
Some people have been asking about the sleeve placket. I used this video tutorial found on YouTube. http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=tTLjOnjPhDI
He claims you are able to download a template on his site but I have yet to find it. You can pretty much eyeball it given the slit that's already on hte pattern.

Nice shirt! The sleeve placket is a great alteration. I noticed that most rtw shirts have plackets like that. Did you draft it yourself? Use another pattern or how to?

hahah, great minds think alike! I just finished my boyfriend's Jakob this weekend and I made a sleeve placket, too. I used the directions in the WONDERFUL "Shirtmaking" by David Page Coffin to do mine (and the rest of the shirt).
