I made this dress from a vogue pattern (with much adjusting!) I had already bought a bolero and shoes so went on the hunt for some matching fabric! It's meant to be a halter neck but I decided to add buttons in the ties and attach it to the dress so I could wear it either way as it makes the dress a little more formal. I also added velvet ribbon on the waist as I wasn't sure I liked the waist tie, it seemed a little bulky although I'm getting used to it now! :o)
