Burda World of Fashion issue 04-2007, pattern 125B.
This was a fun top to make, and as it has no sleeves you don't need much material. There were a number of cute shirts using checks, plaids, madras and gingham in this issue of Burda World of Fashion. I like how this turned out, the pattern is well-drafted and I'll probably make a couple more. I had to make alterations as I am short but it was pretty easy to adjust the pattern.

That is so cute! I love your fabric choice, and how you used differently sized gingham for the neckline and the edges, and it's all so well put together that I can't help but adore it.

cute! love the two sizes of gingham check!
I just love gingham combinations! You could make another one with polka dots, in different sizes of balls. Cute!
Jennifer Elizabeth, thanks! Yep, the bias is on the armhole edges and the hem.
Elisa_Kawaii thankyou for the compliment and suggestion, I think I WILL do another one with spots, I'm thinking white spots on black contrasted with black spots on white. I love your avatar by the way!!
