Description

I created this dress from a Laura 6000 pattern. It is the most complicated thing I've ever sewn and I'm pleased with how it turned out. I think I only finished it because of all the rain. I sewed to keep happy. I widened the belt to hide where the seams don't match up. It was a really good pattern to learn how to do lining and pockets. My favourite part is all the buttons which took me forever to pick out. I think I could shorten the straps but otherwise I really like it.

    collecting vintage dresses

Those buttons may have taken forever to pick out but they're worth it, I already liked the dress from the first picture but the close up on the front made it even better because you can see your cute little buttons. =)

    making autumn clothes

I actually do not like this pattern, but the way you made your Laura, makes it great. I only would use another colour zipper for it.
